Bird Song Recording in a Beech Forest, Western Poland
✅ no AI
Bird song recording from a beech forest in western Poland, spring afternoon, sunny. Layered calls across the canopy, with a calm river audible beneath. No wind on mic, no traffic.
The water here is nearly still — the whole beech canopy reflects in it like a mirror, trunk by trunk. We were collecting shells near a wooden footbridge when we set the mics down. Each of us settled into the spot in our own way. Active birds throughout, calls answering each other across the trees. The river stays low and quiet under it all — not rushing, just present. No wind interference, no background noise. No filters, no AI.
Gear: Zoom F3 + Rode NT1. Mic placement handled by my small assistant, who was careful and thorough about it — more precise than most adults I've recorded with. We're guests in this place. That's the whole idea.
Recorded together with my son, who is on the autism spectrum. This is our journey — real places, real memories.
A real single-take outdoor field recording by Nature Sounds Therapy — a father-and-son duo. No music, no narration, no AI.
