Bird Sounds That Don't Stop for 12 Hours • Spring Lake, Poland
✅ no music, no AI
Twelve hours of steady, unbroken bird sounds and lapping water from a grass-lined shore in central Poland — no music, no loops, no gaps. Something you can leave running all day.
Midday, full sun, not a breath of wind. We set the mics at the water's edge, then climbed the hill above to make lunch and sleep in the hammock for a couple hours. The Rode NT1 and Sennheiser MKE600 sat there alone while woodpeckers, ducks, swans, and insects filled the stereo field. The salt ran out, as it always does. No filters, no noise reduction, no AI. It's not perfect. Neither is nature. My son was with me on this one.
Gear: Rode NT1, Sennheiser MKE600, Lumix S5 — stereo, static position at shoreline.
Listen on headphones if you can. There's a lot happening in the sides.

A lake in central Poland, spring, midday. Sunny, no wind. Songbirds, a woodpecker in the trees, ducks, swans, insects and soft lapping at the grassy shore.
