Sleep timer — stops the video after:

no music, no AI

River Sounds for sleeping, black screen, 12 hours — nothing but a mountain river running all night, screen dark from start to finish.

This one was recorded in the Bieszczady mountains, on a river that stays cold even in the middle of summer. The session was made in daytime, in full sun, but with no birds close enough to reach the microphone the result is pure moving water — the kind of steady, wide sound that works best once the lights are off.

The microphone was set directly into the current, positioned in the flow itself rather than on the bank. That single choice changes everything you hear: instead of a distant rushing wall, the water arrives close and full-bodied, with deeper surges pushing past the capsule and finer bright detail where the surface breaks over stone. Listen for a while and the river never quite repeats itself — the flow swells, thins, and gathers again, always in the same key.

Recorded with a Zoom F3 and a Sennheiser MKE 600. Real field recording — no music, no AI. Screen off, let it run overnight.

Q: Is this real or AI-generated? A: Real field recording from the Bieszczady mountains, captured on a Zoom F3 with a Sennheiser MKE 600 — no music, no AI.

Q: Can I sleep with this on all night? A: Yes — the file runs a full 12 hours, so you can start it at bedtime and it will still be playing when you wake. The screen stays black the whole time, so nothing lights up the room.
