Rain Sounds on Oak Leaves • Germany–Poland Border
Rain sounds recorded at a field edge on the Germany–Poland border, summer afternoon. First rain after a clear morning — clean audio, no wind on the mic, no traffic.
The sky had been holding it all day. When the rain finally came, we set up the gear right there under the oak and let it run. Tall grass seed heads in the foreground, open green fields stretching back to the tree line — you can see the overcast sky starting to open up.
Rain on leaves, steady and close. Sparse insects and a few birds underneath it. No people, no traffic. Clean sound from this place, no filters.
Gear: GoPro 10, Rode NT1, Zoom F3 — mic behind the camera, against the field-edge tree line.
This is a father-son project. We record real places on real days. Since that afternoon, we check the weather every day — curious what this field looks like in two months.
A real single-take outdoor field recording by Nature Sounds Therapy — a father-and-son duo. No music, no narration, no AI.
