River Sounds for Sleep, Black Screen • Kwisa Mountain River • 10 Hours
📍 Kwisa, Góry Izerskie🗓 summer🎙 Zoom F3, MKE 600, NT1✅ no music, no AI
River sounds for sleep with a black screen — ten hours of the Kwisa mountain river flowing over stones in a spruce forest. Screen off, just the water.
This is the same summer trip as our film from the Kwisa: one of our favourite places, a few days of camping with a campfire and hammocks hung between big spruces on the river bank.
When it is dry you can walk across the river on the stones. After rain it can rise by more than a metre in an hour, so you stay away from the water. People living here know those floods well.
No music, no narration — only the river, recorded next to our camp.
Q: Is the screen black the whole time? A: Yes. The picture stays black for all ten hours, so the light will not wake you.
Q: Is this a real river recording? A: Yes. It is a real field recording of the Kwisa River in summer. No music, no AI.

Field notes
The Kwisa, a mountain river in a spruce forest. A planned trip to one of our favourite places — oh yes, here again!
On the right bank huge spruces grow close enough to hang hammocks between them and camp for a few days. We had a campfire and slept in hammocks in the forest.
When it's dry you can cross the river on the stones without getting your feet wet. After rain you keep away: within an hour it can rise by more than a metre. Ask the people who live here about the floods.
