River Sounds for Sleep • Mountain River in Poland
✅ one take, no music, no AI
River sounds for sleep — a powerful mountain river in Poland, loud and steady, no gaps and no loops. Sleeping nature sounds that hold full weight from start to finish.
House-sized boulders sit in the river channel, and the current runs strong enough to pull you under — that's the recording. I set the NT1 off-frame and aimed the shotgun straight at where the water breaks around those formations, then let it run. Late afternoon, summer light still on the rock faces. Camp was about 2 km back up the trail. Four days in the Polish mountains — wonderful views, wonderful people. I could live here. No music, no loops, no AI.
Gear: Zoom F3, Rode NT1, Sennheiser MKE 600, Lumix S5. Stereo, static film.
A real single-take outdoor field recording by Nature Sounds Therapy — a father-and-son duo. No music, no narration, no AI.
