For sleep — this river white noise runs all night on a black screen, with no music and no narration to keep your room quiet. A steady mountain river flows over rocks in a low, even hum that holds the same level from start to finish, so playback won't wake you. Audio recorded with a Sennheiser MKE 600 in a RODE BLIMP, a Zoom F3, and a RODE NT1 for background; all are our own original field recordings from sound expeditions.
