Mountain River Sounds for Sleep • Kwisa, Izery Mountains — 7 Hours
Sleep timer — stops the video after:

no music, no AI

Seven hours of the Kwisa River running through a spruce forest in the Izery mountains, Karkonosze, Poland. Recorded on a clear summer afternoon. No wind, no birds, no music.

We set up along the riverbank where the water moves fast over moss-covered rocks — the kind of spot where you could hang a hammock or just sit on a stone and stay a while. No bears in this part of the Karkonosze, so it's genuinely easy to settle in.

What you hear is exactly what we heard: steady rushing water, no noise reduction, no filters, no AI. That's what nature actually sounds like. Not perfect — but it's not an AI generator either.

Recorded together with my son, who is on the autism spectrum. We keep coming back to this river. It's another world, and we're guests in it. Every recording here is ours — a real place, a real afternoon, something that doesn't fully translate into words.

Gear: Zoom F3, Sennheiser MKE600, Rode cables, blimp, Sennheiser HD 280 PRO, Panasonic Lumix S5.
